Genesis Theatre in Ladner will hold its annual appreciation event on June 21 to acknowledge their valued volunteers, clients, colleagues, and the community for their support over the past year.

The concert’s first set will showcase some talented local entertainers while the second set will feature a Celtic concert by the Stephanie Cadman Trio.

Performers in the first set include vocalists, Bryce Malenstyn and Claire Bidulka, dancer Halina Grund, and the Delta Secondary choir, under the direction of Catherine Campbell.

Featured performer, the Stephanie Cadman Trio, most recently appeared on the Genesis Theatre stage last November as part of Barney Bentall’s Cariboo Express, impressing the audience with her fiddle playing, her voice, and her energetic dancing.

Widely recognized as one of Canada’s top violinists, Cadman has appeared as a fiddler and tap dancer with symphonies across North America including the Kennedy Center’s National Symphony Orchestra.

Reserved tickets are specially priced at $15 and available at https://genesis-theatre.tickit.ca/

The concert is scheduled for Friday, June 21 at 7 p.m.

Genesis Theatre is located at 5005 45th Ave., Ladner.

The goal of Genesis Theatre, which is operated by Delta School District, is to inspire the community with accessible experiences that celebrate imagination, diversity, and connection.
