Delta police are investigating a serious two-vehicle collision which occurred on River Road near the intersection of Hopcott Road this morning.
The accident between a white cube van and black Dodge pickup truck occurred shortly after 11 a.m.
The head-on collision has forced the closure of the road as police continue to investigate, a Delta police spokesperson said.
Drivers are being diverted along Vantage Way.
Police are not commenting yet on possible causes or if there’s been a fatality.
