Letters: No road improvement plan

As I see it, this proposal does not address road improvements

Century Group president Sean Hodgins talks with residents at a November 2023 information session on a development concept for the Tsawwassen Town Centre, which has since been refined in a formal development application.

Editor:

The Town Centre Mall redevelopment proposal submitted to the city (Optimist, Dec. 5) is proposing to build four, 24-storey high-rise and more low-rise buildings at 12th and 56th. As I see it, this proposal does not address road improvements.

56 Street is already maxed out with the Southlands development and add to that all the extra traffic from the developments west of Tsawwassen Mills, that also adds traffic on 56 St.

Transit is bad in Tsawwassen, so where is the plan for the future increase in vehicle traffic?
