The Delta Agriculture Society has made a remarkable $100,000 donation to KinVillage’s "It Takes A Village" Capital Campaign. This generous donation will support the new space for KinVillage’s Day Program for Older Adults, providing a vital lifeline for seniors and much-needed respite for caregivers in Delta.

“When you give to seniors in need, you're not just giving a gift; you're strengthening our entire community,” says Jennifer Fisher, CEO of KinVillage. “Your generosity shows that we care for one another and that we value the contributions of our elders. Together, we can ensure they live their later years with dignity and joy. On behalf of our seniors and KinVillage, thank you.”

“The Delta Agricultural Society (DAS) is proud to support KinVillage’s initiative to build the new Day Program space for those who need it most in our community. Knowing that our contribution supports caregiver respite and enriches the lives of seniors is deeply important to our organization and the whole community,” says President of DAS, Jack Bates.

“On behalf of KinVillage, I want to extend our deepest gratitude to the Delta Agriculture Society for their incredible generosity,” adds Kristen Thomas, director of development. “This gift truly embodies the spirit of community and will directly impact the lives of seniors and their caregivers in Delta. With this support, we are one step closer to reaching our $3 million fundraising goal and building this much-needed space for the Day Program for Older Adults.”

KinVillage’s Day Program for Older Adults provides seniors with a safe space, a sense of community and engaging activities while providing caregivers much needed respite. By helping older adults "age in place" and remain at home—where they’re happiest—the program profoundly impacts South Delta, fostering a healthier, more vibrant community for everyone.

This holiday season, your generous donation will help transform the lives of seniors and their caregivers in our community-your contribution today will have a lasting impact.
