Move to the rhythms of an exciting low-impact fitness event from Delta Hospital Auxiliary Lifeline, taking place at Tsawwassen Mills Mall at Entry 3 on Sunday, Sept. 22 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

To connect with September’s Arthritis Awareness Month, Auxiliary Lifeline is hosting the fitness event to celebrate personal wellness and staying active for the local senior’s community.

Leading the Zumba fitness session is certified local instructor, Nadi Al-Janaby, who has more than 12 years dance teaching experience throughout South Delta, North Delta and Surrey, and is well-known for her talented Zumba choreography.

She will be sharing her captivating Zumba dance moves with fun-filled music to get all attendees into the groove. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned expert, you’ll be delighted with a fun Zumba experience! All are welcome to this free 50-plus community event, no registration is required to attend. Come and socialize for a fantastic time, learn some exciting dance fitness moves, and get entered to win great prizes!
