Les Edgeworth from The Wexford loves a Harvey Wallbanger saying, “I never met one I didn’t like.”

1 oz Cointreau

Pour the Vodka, Contreau and orange juice into a Collins glass full of ice and serve.

1 egg,

1/2 cup half and half

1/2 cup warm milk

Dash of vanilla

Sprinkle of nutmeg

1 shot rum (optional)

Combine the milk and the cream in a saucepan on medium heat. When the milk mixture is simmering, remove it. Take some of the warm mixture and add it to the egg a bit of a time slowly to keep the egg from cooking. Once it’s mixed, pour the egg mixture back in with the rest of the milk. Heat to low and stir it constantly for about 10 minutes until the eggnog looks thick and coats the back of the spoon. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Pour into a mug, add a shot of rum if you want.
