The Delta Community Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2024 Community Prosperity Fund.
The Foundation is proud to support a diverse group of organizations dedicated to fostering social inclusion and poverty reduction. The Foundation received more than $1.8 million in application requests with $505,000 in grants to distribute.
The Community Prosperity Fund (CPF) is a multi-year program investing $25 million into community organizations in British Columbia that are focussed on poverty reduction and social inclusion.
