The Delta Photo Club begins its 2024/25 season with an in-person gathering Saturday Sept. 7.
Previous and prospective members are invited to join club members at Boundary Bay Regional Park (Centennial Beach) for a quick meeting to outline the coming season followed by a team-based photo scavenger hunt and a social.
The club will also announce its Photographer of the Year award for last season.
Upcoming season activities include photo nights, skills development sessions, workshops, competitions, and fun outings.
Photographers from beginners to pros are welcome. Bring your cameras, whether they are cell phones to pro rigs. Register by email: [email protected] by noon, Wednesday, Sept. 4.

First workshop
On Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Zoom, the club’s workshop “Land & Sky - The Art of the Night” by professional photographer and instructor Richard Tatti from Bendigo, Australia will be held.
“I’ve spent many years photographing the stars and perfecting the craft of light painting and blending of images,” says Tatti.
