Sharon Wright's latest photography display at the Ladner Pioneer Library features foggy shots from around Ladner.
The professional photographer headed out to various local spots, including Westham Island and the dike, in January and February to capture images that can be seen at the library until the end of the month.
"I wanted to do a personal project of some type and I absolutely love when the fog comes in to Ladner. We get so much of it at that time of year," she says.
Wright counts a photo of a pigeon she found on Westham Island as her favourite.
"There was a whole line of them, but that one was just ... I liked his attitude."
The photos are all black and white.
A few children's portraits are also part of the display.
Wright, a member of the Delta Photo Club, runs her own photography business.
She also volunteers for the Tiny Light Foundation, a non-profit organization made up of professional photographers who donate their time to photograph children who have had a life-altering diagnosis.
