As its 25th season comes to a close this month, Sidekick Players is wasting no time preparing for its 26th season.
The next season has comedy, drama, and mystery for local theatre lovers.
The season will open with Outlaw by Norm Foster in October, followed by Outside Mullingar by John Patrick Shanley in January, The Dixie Swim Club by Jamie Wooten, Nicholas Hope and Jessie Jones in March, and closing the season is the longest running play in history, The Mousetrap by Agatha Christie.
Season subscriptions include all four plays and one can attend any performance of each production they wish. They are also transferable to another person.
Adult subscription price for four plays is $75 and for seniors 60-plus it is $67.
Subscription forms are available at the Tsawwassen Arts Centre during the run of Jonas and Barry in the Home, which runs until June 25.
Jonas and Barry in the Home, is a heartfelt story that will also make you laugh, of two gentlemen who, even though they are complete opposites of one another, form a lasting friendship as residents of a senior’s residence.
Starring Ken Fynn, Pat McDermott and Sarah Green and directed by Carroll Lefebvre, it runs on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings at 8 p.m. and matinees on Sunday, June 12 and 19 at 2 p.m. Reserve your tickets for the show by calling 604-288-2415.
