The Alex Fraser Bridge is open again, just in time for Christmas Eve.
According to an update from DriveBC, the bridge is open in both directions but drivers are cautioned to expect "slushy and slippery conditions" and delays.
The Alex Fraser Bridge was closed for more than 20 hours yesterday due to the risk of falling ice. One of the alternate routes, the Massey Tunnel, also experienced lane closures due to flooding during the day.
