Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers says someone, somewhere, knows the whereabouts of one of these five most wanted criminals who remain on the lam this Halloween.
In a news release Tuesday, Crime Stoppers noted police remain on the lookout for the criminals who’ve committed serious crimes including murder.
“You certainly wouldn’t want them on your doorstep on Halloween night,” Crime Stoppers warned.

For one of this year’s most wanted, Rabih Alkhalil, Crime Stoppers has partnered with the national BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Program to offer an enhanced reward of up to $250,000.
“Simply stated, tips to Crime Stoppers work. We receive 5,000 anonymous tips a year for all kinds of crimes including gang and illegal weapons offences, and for criminals on the loose like our most wanted,” said Linda Annis, Executive Director of Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers.
“With five million pairs of eyes around the province, someone should eventually spot one or more of them.”
Alkhalil, who escaped from a B.C. prison this summer, is wanted for murder, conspiracy to commit murder and being unlawfully at large.
Amardip Singh Rai is wanted for sexual assault, assault with a weapon and 15 other charges.
John Norman Mackenzie is wanted for being unlawfully at large after escaping from custody. He had been convicted of second-degree murder and armed robbery.
Timothy Dale Bornyk is wanted for assault with a weapon.
Ricco Zanolli is wanted for being unlawfully at large, assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Tips to Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and charge of any wanted criminal can lead to a reward of up to $5,000.
Anonymity is guaranteed by the Supreme Court of Canada. You’ll never be questioned or called to testify.
