The Delta Hospital Foundation recently announced the appointment of two new members to the board of directors: Tim Sandhu of North Delta and Randy Kaardal of Ladner.
Kaardal is a prominent lawyer at Hunter Litigation Chamber in Vancouver. Sandhu moved to North Delta with his family in the 1990s and owns a technology-based consulting company.
They join the 2011-2012 Delta Hospital Foundation board of directors: Lois Wilkinson, chair; Keith McGee, vice-chair; Stephen Millen, past-chair; Allan Baydala, treasurer; Kevin Brennan; Laura Cassidy; Bruce Fougner; Doug Miller; Margo Peerless; and Don Sangster.
"The foundation has added two very committed community members to our board of directors - Tim and Randy. Both are leaders in our community and have exceptional strengths that will add value to our board," said Wilkinson.
"Their skills and leadership will assist the foundation as we continue with our mission to raise money to provide the best heath care at Delta Hospital".
