The local Lions clubs held their annual tree chipping events throughout Delta over the weekend.
At Memorial Park in Ladner, the Lions were joined by volunteers from the Boys and Girls Club of South Coast B.C. and Delta Secondary. Royal Wood Tree Care was also on hand to help with the chipping.
Funds raised through donations will go to scholarships for local students, as well as the Boys and Girls Club.
