Delta police are asking for any witnesses or dash camera footage of an accident this week that resulted in the driver of a car suffering critical injuries.
The serious collision occurred in the 8800-block of River Road.
According to police, at around 8 a.m. on Monday, July 29, a white Volkswagen Jetta collided with a semi-truck that was entering the roadway, resulting in the Jetta becoming wedged under the trailer.
The driver of the Jetta was hurt and is currently receiving care in the hospital.
Investigators are seeking the public's assistance with the investigation including anyone who may have seen the vehicles involved prior to the crash.
