Enjoy a cool Dairy Queen Blizzard treat at three Delta locations today (Aug. 8) and in the process, help out B.C.’s kids.
The 22nd annual DQ Miracle Treat Day is being held at 123 locations across B.C. and the Yukon with the net proceeds from every Blizzard sold to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
In 2023, $280,676.74 was raised for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Here in Delta, visit the Dairy Queen locations in Tsawwassen at 1555 56th Street, in Ladner at 5124 Ladner Trunk Road and in North Delta at 6345 120th Street.
“This year, money raised through DQ Miracle Treat Day will go to the areas of greatest need at BC Children’s Hospital,” said Rita Thodos, Executive Vice President, Philanthropy at BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. “This means pediatric health care experts will have more resources to tackle the most complex health challenges facing kids across B.C. and the Yukon. By treating yourself to something sweet on Aug. 8, you have the power to make a mighty difference in the lives of patients and their families.”
DQ locations across Canada have raised more than $52 million for the Children’s Miracle Network member hospitals since 1984.
