Expect delays on the East-West Connector this morning.
A jackknifed semi, westbound on the Highway 91 just before Westminster Highway, has blocked multiple lanes.
Traffic is currrently backed up along Highway 91 over the Alex Fraser Bridge northbound. There are also some delays along Highway 91A.
Highway 99 is an alternative route. The Massey Tunnel counterflow lane has been implemented to help ease congestion.
