The sixth annual Festival of Lights kicked off on Friday night, Nov. 29 at Tsawwassen Springs. The festival runs from 4 p.m. daily from now until Jan. 5. The festival is in support of the Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation.Jim Kinnear photo
