A portion of Deltaport Way had to be shut down Monday after three trucks were involved in a crash.
Delta police spokesperson A/Sgt. Ciaran Feenan said officers were called to the 5700-block of Deltaport Way around 2: 30 p.m. after three semi trucks rear-ended each other.
Feenan said one truck rear-ended another, which pushed that truck into a third.
One driver was taken to hospital with a non-life threatening head injury, he said, and another driver was given a ticket for following too closely.
Feenan said the road was shut down until just after 5 p.m. as crews worked to clear the scene.
