Second annual event features three days of music at Ladner’s Paterson Park

Canadian rock music was celebrated at the second annual Barnside Harvest Festival.

Held over three days (Sept. 13 to 15) at Ladner’s Paterson Park, headliners included The Glorious Sons, Sam Roberts Band, Loverboy, The Trews, Sloan, and Wide Mouth Mason. Billy Bob Thornton & The Boxmasters also performed on the Main Stage on Saturday.

The Market Stage and Heritage Pavilion was reserved for local acts including Bryce Malenstyn, and Rachael Chatoor.

The festival also included a Kids’ World, artisan market, food trucks, mini golf, and a new “Chair Check” hosted by the Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club.

The Heron Hospice Society held an onsite silent auction and Delta Firefighters Charitable Society hosted its popular 50/50 fundraising draw for the second year in a row.
