On the heels of an impressive training camp, Tsawwassen's Brendan Gallagher has signed a three-year entry level deal with the Montreal Canadiens.
The Vancouver Giants leading scorer was selected in the fifth round, 147th overall, by Montreal in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. He ranks among the top scorers in the Western Hockey League with 31 points, including 18 goals in as many games.
Gallagher is participating in this week's Subway Super Series event against Russia and was captain for the WHL all-stars on Wednesday night in Regina.
