Delta Islanders Pee Wee B lacrosse team enjoyed an unbeaten run at the Bill McBain "Raised in a Cage" Memorial Tournament in Kelowna to return home with top honours.

The Islanders brought everything they had and showed they knew how to play as a team with every player scoring a goal at some point during the tournament.

The players consisted of Ben Andrews, Richard Bailey, Owen Borthwick, James Greig, John Grieg, Reilly Kee, Ben Knauer, Rhys London, Ben Morrison, Kenny Ross, Martin Safar, Kaileb Tattrie, and Evan Tipping. The defense was amazing with very few shots getting past goalies Jarod Bee and Nick Doucet.

The team has had only one loss so far this season and coaches Jay Tattrie, Ron Kee, and Derek Bailey are hoping there is another golden finish, this time at next month's provincial championships.
