Marshall wins bronze at first provincial championship meet

Kyla Marshall, Tiffany Ho, and Leo Kim recently represented the Winskill Dolphins Swim Club with distinction at the Provincial Championships in Kamloops.

Marshall made a notable debut at her first provincial championship, achieving a personal best by more than three seconds and securing her first bronze medal.

Her impressive performance was closely followed by her teammate, Kim, who excelled across multiple events. Kim recorded personal best times in the 100 fly, 200 fly, 200 free, and 400 free, finishing within the top eight in each event.

Ho also demonstrated remarkable skill and consistency, placing in the top eight in the 400 free, 1,500 free, and 200 fly.

Head coach Judy Baker expressed immense pride in these dedicated athletes, whose extensive training and commitment to the sport have clearly paid off. Their impressive performances not only highlight their individual talents but also reflect the strength and dedication of the Winskill Dolphins Swim Club.
