I fully support Rebecca Jones' opinion. It should be obvious to all that Gateway Program engineers either didn't care about Ladner commuters, or actually made a conscious decision to make our commute more difficult and stressful.
I emailed Doreann Mayhew in the Corporation of Delta's engineering department about this issue and she suggested I email Vern Lange ([email protected]) or Ron Lepage ([email protected]), which I did. I have yet to receive any response.
We are often taken in by propaganda produced by large commercial and government organizations that have a desired goal in mind (like the South Fraser Perimeter Road). Please remember there is always information withheld that may create resistance to projects. The mess on Highway 17A is a perfect example of that.
