R. Smith needs a reality check on how invasive greenhouses are in a populated community.
He obviously doesn't realize a greenhouse operates 24 hours a day, turning night into day as grow lights burn all night long. Produce grown is trucked out.
Does he really believe Tsawwassen residents would prefer this outcome to additional housing for our community along with hundreds of acres of donated new parkland for all to enjoy?
Smith does not speak for me or many others that would love to live here. Progress is inevitable and the Lower Mainland will be home to millions of more people in the coming decades.
It's time to develop this property while a positive outcome is still available to the residents of Tsawwassen.
