NDP Housing Minister Ravi Kalon is out of touch with B.C. communities.
For example, in Delta the NDP government refuses to recognize the contribution to housing provided by the Tsawwassen First Nation.
There are thousands of units being built on TFN land that is not counting towards the 3,600-plus units that they expect Delta to build to meet housing targets.
My question is why?
The last time I looked all members of the TFN are Canadians citizens and all live in Delta, so why in the world would their new homes not count towards the provincial housing targets for Delta?
The NDP continues to divide communities against each other for their own political gain.
