Letters: Urgent care needed

The NDP has ignored all of our concerns South of the Fraser
medical-background
South Delta is in a real medical crisis right now with a severe lack of walk-in clinics.

Editor:

Why is there no Urgent Care facility in South Delta?

It’s politics, simply because people south of the Fraser River did not vote NDP. That is why the NDP cancelled the bridge and decided to build a new Pattullo Bridge instead.

The NDP has abandoned South Delta Health Care. The only walk-in left is at Walmart at the Lark Medical office two days a week. Meanwhile there is an Urgent Care Centre adjacent to Surrey Memorial, just a block from the hospital, and two in Richmond.

Makes you wonder doesn’t it.
