An ad in the last edition showing a picture of the Save the Delta Hospital Coalition supporting the Liberal candidate Bruce MacDonald is highly misleading, because as a group we were fighting the Liberal government represented by the Liberal MLA Val Roddick, who chaired a Liberal Hospital Review Committee that recommended Delta Hospital be closed.
Vicki Huntington was elected because of this betrayal by the Liberal government of the day. I for one was not consulted before this picture was used and I doubt if any of the others were either. Do not be fooled by this attempt to mislead the truth.
