Editor: I accept that I will have to pay a toll in order to go over the new bridge, but since the true the driver for the new bridge is to allow fully-loaded Panamax ships to be able to go up the river (something they cannot do now because of the tunnel), then I would expect they pay a toll to go under the bridge.
If those that are in charge of the project do not like this request, then I say let's keep the tunnel.
