On July 1, Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation launched their summer-long event Cheers to Delta Hospital. This fundraiser for Delta Hospital will also give their staff a much-needed morale boost and support local restaurants and breweries.
The whole community is invited to take part in the fundraiser by visiting any of the Cheers to Delta Hospital host locations: Barnside Brewing Co., Browns Socialhouse Tsawwassen, Four Winds Brewing Co. Ltd, Gracie’s Next Door, Illuminate Restorante, Il Posto, Mario’s Kitchen, Milestones Tsawwassen, One20 Public House, or The Primerose Greek Restaurant. Each host has a delicious drink on offer to enjoy there or take away to enjoy at your home, backyard, or a “cheers” friendly local park.
“Partial proceeds of these beverages will go to support critical needs at Delta Hospital,” says Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation executive director Lisa Hoglund. “You enjoy a refreshing beverage, and local establishments and our hospital staff are supported. It’s a win for all, and so easy to do.”

What parks can you “cheers” at this long weekend? Grab a picnic basket and your to go cheers to Delta Hospital beverage, and from 11 a.m. to dusk you can cheers at Memorial Park in Ladner, Diefenbaker Park in Tsawwassen or North Delta Community Park.
