Lt.-Gov. Judith Guichon presented the Duke of Edinburgh's silver level achievement awards to three air cadets from South Delta's 828 Hurricane Squadron at Government House in Victoria last Saturday.
The formal ceremony marked the culmination of the cadets' efforts over the past year for their community service, skills and physical recreation training as well as planning and completing a demanding multi-day expedition.
All three cadets, Shelby Raeburn, Carmen Kiltz and Christopher Gaio, have already started working towards their gold level award.
