A B.C. Guide Dog puppy has been named 'Delta' in honour of the Delta Firefighters Charitable Society's longstanding support. Delta will live in Tsawwassen with a volunteer family for the next two years as she trains to become a service dog for a blind person or for a child with autism. The 10-week-old puppy toured Fire Hall 1 last week to meet some of the Delta firefighters who selected her name.
