The Ladner Pioneer Library is offering a six-week Living with Chronic Conditions Self-Management program for adults on Saturdays, beginning Feb. 4 and running until March 11, with the sessions running from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
Gain knowledge, skills and confidence in your ability to manage your health.
This workshop, in partnership with the University of Victoria Institute on Aging & Lifelong Health, was developed and researched at Stanford University. It follows demonstrated proven methods that have shown to help people learn to better manage the symptoms of their health condition.
