The Tsawwassen Springs Block Party is back this year, promising an exciting day filled with festivities and community spirit.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, Aug. 13, from noon to 4 p.m. and join in the fun for all ages. This event is more than just about having a good time, however, it’s about making a positive impact on the community, with a special focus on supporting the South Delta Food Bank.

Last year’s Block Party was a success, thanks to the unwavering support of local businesses. Their contributions led to an impressive $1,650 donation to the South Delta Food Bank, a significant increase from the previous year. The dedication of sponsors and residents played a vital role in achieving such remarkable results.

This year’s Block Party, dubbed “Dogs for Cause - Feeding Hope,” symbolizes the community’s collective commitment to stand together in support of one another. Every participant, sponsor, and resident attending the event contributes directly to the Food Bank, ensuring that 100 percent of the proceeds go towards supporting fellow residents in need.
