Last year’s Block Party was a success, thanks to the unwavering support of local businesses. Their contributions led to an impressive $1,650 donation to the South Delta Food Bank, a significant increase from the previous year. The dedication of sponsors and residents played a vital role in achieving such remarkable results.
This year’s Block Party offers a diverse range of activities; attendees can also take part in the Shred-a-Thon, a secure document disposal service provided by the proud sponsor, Lion’s Gate Building Maintenance Ltd. Red Door Property Management will ensure a smooth experience for all.
This year’s Block Party, dubbed “Dogs for Cause - Feeding Hope,” symbolizes the community’s collective commitment to stand together in support of one another. Every participant, sponsor, and resident attending the event contributes directly to the Food Bank, ensuring that 100 percent of the proceeds go towards supporting fellow residents in need.
