TOOBs president Greg Watts recently visited Reach Developmental Preschool South Delta to present Reach Foundation chair Irene Forcier (left) and executive director Renie D'Aquila with a cheque for $1,000 towards Reach's capital campaign. Reach is raising $4 million to build a child development centre in the heart of Ladner that will include its inclusive preschool and accessible community playground.
