Lady Bug'z Lifestyle Assistant is bringing certified dementia practitioner Karen Tyrell to South Delta next week to help those caring for loved ones with dementia.
Cracking the Dementia Code is a free lecture that will take place at the South Delta Baptist Church in Tsawwassen from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17.
"It will help you understand how to manage behaviours that are common," Tyrell told the Optimist.
Saying she will be giving away her secret that will "crack the dementia code," which is also the name of her book, Tyrell said many caregivers experience stress and frustration.
