Sean Hodgins has a family, his health and enough financial success already to keep himself and his family more than comfortable for the rest of his life and beyond.
How much is enough?
I presume at heart he is a good man as he has been charitable towards many endeavours, but why anger the very community he and his family call home?
Give it up, and leave a legacy for all of Tsawwassen to think favourably of you in years to come and forever.
