I'm scratchin' my poor, innocent and apparently exploitive head way, way, way up here in the far distant reaches of North Delta, but did I read it correctly?
Did someone refer to "overcrowding and traffic problems in Tsawwassen?" I can't go on. Who's losin' it here? Is anybody down there in favour of anything?
