Peace Arch Chorus, a treble-voiced choir, will be singing and ringing those chords on Sunday, Dec. 1, at 3 p.m. at Ladner United Church as part of the Sunday @3 Concert Series.

Peace Arch Chorus, members of Sweet Adelines International, placed second in the small chorus division of Region 26 (Western Canada) competition in May.

On Oct. 19, they organized and hosted Langley‘s first World Singing Day, joining singers from around the world.

Under the direction of Elvera Collier, this group of 25 singers has a big sound, performing a wide variety of musical styles, from up-tunes to ballads, jazz to pop. They love to entertain people with rich, four-part harmony and lots of fun.

Peace Arch’s practice home is in Langley, but their members come from around the Lower Mainland, including Delta residents Laurie Prak, Vickie Dodwell, Karen Dinwoodie and Ruth Chapieski.

Peace Arch is excited to help you kick off your Christmas spirit with songs for the season. The Sunday@3 concert is on Dec. 1 at Ladner United Church (4960 48th Ave.) Tickets are $10 (cash) at the door.
